What are Consecutive Numbers ?
Consecutive numbers are numbers that follow each other in order from smallest to largest.
In other words, we can say that consecutive number of any number is obtained by adding 1 to the that number.
Question : -
Write the three consecutive numbers occuring just after 157.
Explanation : -
The next three consecutive number of 157 can be obtained by adding 1, 2 and 3 to 157
that is,
157 + 1 = 158
157 + 2 = 159
157 + 3 = 160
Hence the three consecutive number occurring just after 157 are 158 , 159 and 160 respectively.
